There are monthly dues which cover water, sewer, garbage, year-round road & common area maintenance; management and maintenance of the pickleball courts, off leash dog park, playground, recreational trails, and 4300 sf Community Center with salt water pool, hot tub, fitness center; staff onsite 7 days/week, and more. Dues are currently $190/month and have remained the same for the past 3.5 years. Owners vote on the annual budget, which determines the dues.
Yes! We have an Owner Rental Program exactly for that. Naches RV Resort has onsite managers who manage all aspects of the rental: advertising, bookings, payment, communication with guests, rule enforcement, inspection of property, and more.
We allow Class A, B, & C motorhomes, trailers, 5th wheels and park models. RVs need to have at least 22’ of living space and no older than 15 years. While we know that many folks have done amazing work on restoring older RVs or buses, lot owners and renters alike are governed by the HOA documents. The 22’ length requirement is an attempt to ensure that each RV has its own full-bathroom facility which includes a shower. NOTE: RVs are grandfathered in if you buy a lot before RV age is 16 years and RV is kept in good condition.
Yes. Each lot has its own Yakima County tax ID number and is deeded to the owner.

We currently have lots available that range in size from 3300sf to 5300sf.
Renters may enjoy the hot tub, pool, outdoor lounge areas, pool showers, laundry, pickleball courts, dog park, playground & trails. Only owners have access to the fitness center, kitchen, indoor gathering spaces, and private owner's bathroom. These areas are owner-exclusive since owners pay for the upkeep of the clubhouse through their monthly dues.
